Q: Are children allowed in the ballroom or in any session?
Though FamilyLife cares deeply about your family, in order to keep your weekend free of distractions and as a courtesy to other guests, we do not allow children or pets in our sessions, including nursing infants. Only certified service animals are allowed (not emotional support).
Q: Are meals and hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
They are not included, but guests may receive a discounted room rate if they choose to stay at the getaway hotel. Contact the hotel from your chosen location. Be sure to mention “FamilyLife’s Weekend to Remember” when you make your reservation to receive the special rate (limited availability).
Q: What is the processing fee for?
A $2 non-refundable processing fee is added to each registration to support the operation of our registration system. This fee helps us cover the costs charged by our registration platform provider, ensuring a reliable and user-friendly experience for all attendees. By including this small fee, we can continue to offer a seamless and secure registration process that allows you to focus on preparing for your Weekend to Remember.

If after attending Weekend to Remember you aren’t happy with your getaway experience, the full registration fee (less processing fee) will be refunded upon written request no later than seven days after the getaway you attended.

While we primarily focus our content on married couples, the information shared at Weekend to Remember will help lay the groundwork for your future marriage.This getaway is a great way to learn the principles of a healthy marriage and get ahead of some of the hardships discussed. There will be a vow renewal at the end of the getaway for couples that are married.

Q: My Spouse won't attend, Can I come alone?
Yes. Even though your spouse can’t or won’t attend, you will still receive a lot of valuable information you can start applying to your marriage right away.

Though the principles remain the same at each event, there are different speakers, stories, and information that is presented at each one. While we have recently refreshed all of our content, we also want to acknowledge that year to year, you are also a different couple and will gain something different each time you attend.
