Amy was a counselor for kids and families in crisis before she and Forrest started their family. The Arnold's have four kids, Ephraim, Selah, Kinsley, and Lydia. In between homeschooling and driving kids to multiple sports practices, Amy enjoys reading and training for triathlons.
